Heat networks can provide decarbonised, low-cost heat and cooling to residents and end users. Economies of scale enable higher central plant efficiency and new concepts such as ambient loop networks can create a sharing economy and turn waste heat into an asset.
The challenge for networks is not only to deliver high quality service to multiple stakeholders, but to evolve as an asset over a considerable lifespan. Our blueprint for project success is thought leadership in design combined with real-world experience in operation of heat networks.
We’re designing a network which will deliver low carbon heat, cooling and power to an estimated 33,000 residents and nearly 70 businesses in London, whilst also helping to power the growing demand for electric vehicles. Networks can empower resilient, low impact communities.
